WeTransfer - Subscription and payment

I trying to make the payment and very important links mentioned in pdfs have expired due to non payment or renewal of my subscription and your company has doubled tge subscription amount that I had paid for 1 yr. The communication team isn't being very supportive.

Dear WeTransfer,

I am contacting you on behalf of the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education. This is a public institution in Croatia.

Could you provide information on how our institution can open a WeTransfer account and purchase the WeTransfer Pro annual license? What would be the price?

We need to follow the official procedure for purchasing the service: official request, delivery of an offer, order form, service delivery, issued invoice, and payment. So I also need information about that, or perhaps you could give me another contact to whom we could direct our inquiry.

I did not receive satisfactory information from Customer Service.

My files are expiring too quickly

I have been trying to get in contact with the company and all I'm doing is wasting my time. I couldn't even make a simple call.

They make you enter a bunch of information, get a code emailed to you and then, when I tried the number, it didn't work.

What the *** is going on over there? Is anybody working?

Cannot access

You do not answer the phone and my we transfer page is just White with a We in the middle of it. A month ago I could download files now I can't.

No one answers it states your phone is out of order

I had a free account NBC did three Videos and we downloaded them on the free We Transfer. Now we signed up for the Pro version yet it will not let us transfer them and said they are gone within 30 minutes
